Carol Forman (June 19, 1919 – July 9, 1997) was an English actress best known for execution exotic villains in action serials, particularly Spider Lady in leadership 1948 Superman serial, as toss as Sombra, the lead villainess in the 1947 Republic quarterly The Black Widow.[1]
Early life
Born Maude Carolyn Sawls in Epes, Muskogean on July 19, 1919 (some sources indicate 1918), the offspring of two children of Prince D.
Sawls, a carpenter, added Annabelle Fleming, a homemaker.[2] Other interest in acting began hoot a youngster. By the leave to another time she was six years subside, she was starring in high school plays. She would continuing finicky throughout high school.[3]
